Exchange Opportunities

An integral element of the undergraduate experience is acquiring new insights and expanding horizons through exchange opportunities. Spending a study term abroad with an exchange partner allows you to live and learn in a foreign culture, and is a profound opportunity to study environmental issues from broader, global perspective and to build your own global network.

 

There are two types of exchange opportunities available for EVMT students:

  1. International Exchange Program administered by the Division of Environment (ENVR)
  2. Mainland UG Exchange Program jointly administered by the Global Student Programs Office (GSPO)

  

 

International Exchange Program (ENVR)

The International Exchange Program offered by the Division of Environment comprises of two types of quota:

  1. School quotas from School of Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Science and School of Science

    For a detailed list of exchange partners of each respective School, please visit the Schools' exchange websites:

    1. School of Engineering (For Fall term exchange only)
    2. School of Humanities and Social Science (For both Fall and Spring terms exchange)
    3. School of Science (For Fall term exchange only)
       
  2. IPO/ENVR quotas

    The Interdisciplinary Programs Office and the Division of Environment have established student exchange programs with the following institutions:

    1. Leiden University (Netherlands)
    2. Ewha Womans University (South Korea)
    3. University of Gothenburg (Sweden)
    4. University of East Anglia (UK)
    5. University of Exeter (UK)

Mainland UG Exchange Program (GSPO)

The Mainland UG exchange program is jointly administered by the Global Student Programs Office and Interdisciplinary Programs Office.
